How fees work
Membership is per household, not per individual — family members living in the same household are all covered under a single membership. Fees are payable by the end of February each year, and the committee is happy to discuss arrangements if needed.

Membership types
Set a member's tier. Full members pay R270 a year; country members and scholars pay R100. The member's card, role line and renewal amount all follow this setting.

Mark attendance on any event so it counts toward a member's badge progress.
Import meeting attendance (CSV)
Upload a sign-in sheet to mark attendance in bulk. Every member you mark counts toward their meetings-attended score for the last 12 months. Required columns: event_date (YYYY-MM-DD) and one of membership_number, email or name. An optional event_title column disambiguates two events held on the same day.

Recording an auction on someone's behalf. For bulk imports from a spreadsheet, use Supabase's Table Editor → auction_lots → Import data instead.
